I have four ocean view 3-bedroom villas in the newest development at Turtle Bay Resort on the beach! Enjoy outstanding direct ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and lanai (balcony)! Within the 1,700 square feet of living space is a large lanai with teak furniture, Bose Entertainment System with a 42 inch flat screen TV, flat screen TVs and DVD players in every bedroom, complimentary high speed Internet and wireless, a computer with a 19 inch flat screen monitor, printer/fax machine, answering machine, free long distance calls in the US, 4 Bose alarm clocks, washer and dryer, pack-n-play bassinet crib/playpen for babies up to 36 inches, and central air conditioning with a dehumidifier. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove cook top and oven, a microwave, a fisher paykel dishwasher, cookware, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, spice rack, and more!

My villas are located on the Turtle Bay Resort just 150 yards from the hotel. They are on the beach, and they have direct ocean views. You can use the following resort amenities: restaurants and bars on the resort, oceanfront pool and jacuzzi at Ocean Villas (free), day spa, tennis courts, two PGA golf courses, surfing lessons, helicopter tours, horseback riding, twelve miles of hiking trails (free), biking trails (free), five miles of beaches (free), volleyball sand court, and basketball courts. (Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; You do not have access to the hotel's pool or fitness center.)

You have a choice of 3rd floor, 2nd floor, and beach level and partial view as well as direct view. The villa pictured on this website is located on the 3rd/top floor and is direct ocean view.

I also Include with my villas a beach locker with: 4 boogie boards, 9 sets of different sized snorkel gear (including 2 children's sizes and 7 adult sizes), children's sand and pool toys, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, volleyball (there is a net on the beach), football, 2 frisbees, basketball (there are courts by the tennis courts), and a wheeled ice chest for beach picnics.
