Copper Mountain Condo Summary

Our two bedroom, two bath condo is in The Lodge at Copper (the building has the best Ski-in/Ski-out at Copper). We are in a second floor flat. The building has an elevator, and parking in the building. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds, the guest bedroom has a king bed, and the living room alcove has a single size bed. For additional sleeping accommodations, the living room has a queen-size sofa bed and a single size love seat-bed. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, large balcony, gas fireplace, Cable High Speed Internet, 3 TVs (1 is a 32-inch), HBO, 3 VCRs, and 2 DVDs. The building has a hot tub, Gas Grill, 3 saunas, washers and dryers. Our living room and alcove is a nice and large room, but could have been laid out better. We hope to be able to re-design these areas in September 2008. After completed we will have a nice size living and a den. The sleeping arrangements will be the same as before, but with more private. Two can sleep on the queen sofa bed in the living room,

Copper Mountain Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $560/week to $3,010/week
  • Additional Rental Information:
    * Pets are Not allowed and No Smoking is allowed in the condo.
    * Check-in is not before 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM.
    No Special Arrangements For Early Check-In Or Late Check-Out.
    * We accept Checks, VISA, & MasterCard.
    * Add 5.775% Tax and $125.00 cleaning fee for when you leave.
    * Booking, a non-refundable Deposit of $100 is required. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date.
    * If Reservation is changed or canceled more than one month before arrival date $100.00 will be forfeited, or 50% of the rent if during the 30 days before the arrival date.
    * Ten Is The Maximum Number Of Guest Allowed
    * 4 nights is the minimum number of nights we book,
    except to fill a less than 4 night opening in our rental schedule.

The cleaning company will furnish bed linen for 10, towels for 8, 1 dishcloth, 1 dishtowel, and limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. If you have a large number in your party or will be staying a long time, you may want to bring some things with you. The cleaning company can furnish most any extra maid service you might want. You would pay them directly for the extra service.

According to the United States Forest Service Copper Mountain, with its 20 lifts and 2400 acres, is considered the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States. Copper has something for everyone. Long steep mogul runs and ample above timberline bowl skiing for the more daring and family friendly runs for others, makes Copper a perfect ski mountain.
