- The top floor is a fabulous master bedroom suite that offers a private 100+ sq. ft. balcony with excellent views of Mission Bay and Sea World's nightly fireworks. The master bedroom also has numerous skylights and bright, light decor. This room offers a king bedroom set, 2 closets and a full bath with tub and shower. The first floor of our home offers you a patio area with a gas grill, tropical surroundings and ample patio seating. This area is perfect for summer nights, relaxing in the day in the full sun or under the umbrella while the little ones nap! The first floor also features 2 bedrooms, each with queen size beds. One room has wood flooring and French doors that open up to the patio area. The second bedroom offers carpeting and satellite TV. In between the two downstairs bedrooms there is a kitchenette – small fridge, microwave, sink and plenty of cabinets. This is perfect for 2 families traveling together or the grandparents!! A full bath is also located on this level.
