Ocean Beach Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are per night, week & month and vary from $65/nt - $3350 wk, depending on residence and season
- Rates vary between our studio, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedroom:
Nov-Apr.-
$675/wk to $1740/wk; $1950 to $5250/mo.
May, June and September, October
$795/wk. to $2075/wk;
July & August
$1150/wk. to $3350/wk - We accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal.

There is a $50 per villa cancellation fee for ALL cancellations. For cancellations made from the time of initial booking to 45 days prior to your stay, all monies received are 100% refundable, less the $50 per villa cancellation fee. For cancellations made 44 days or less from the date of your stay, you may receive a refund of your rental payment up to the total amount paid (less the $50 per villa cancellation fee) IF we can rebook the property.
Please note: Prices shown are for cash/check payments only and reflect a 3% cash/check incentive discount. If you wish to pay via credit card (through PayPal), your transaction will not include the 3% discount.
