The condo is located across the street from the beach, not on the water, family oriented complex!!! Decorated, very nice & clean!!! Affordable!!! Do not mind 'quiet pets' less than 15 lbs.

Restaurants, shopping, & water park, walking distance or just minutes away or just relaxing in the courtyard in the center of the complex with pools. This complex is in an ideal location for any & all activities. Oldest grocery store next door. Nice!

  • Comfortable size bedrooms. New mattresses & pillows, we tried to make it where you do not have to bring pillows from home. Sleeper sofa is as good as most others. Kids will be extremely comfortable on it. Two full baths. Third floor so no noise below you. All new appliances. CLEAN!!! Family oriented.

Notes: Elevator not available. We are on the 3rd floor. Parking is great- under the complex out of the weather, fits 2 cars comfortably. Stairs are right in front of the cars, no long walk. Would probably be a struggle for disabled or one that would need an elevator. This is the only negative I can think of. Everything else is so convenient. Grocery store is walking distance, about 100 yards. SAFE!!! CLEAN!!!

Would love winter guest!: The 2 BR & 23 bath should be plenty of room. Easy access for a walk on the beach & the grocery store is next to our complex. Located 1 mile from turn on West Beach Blvd. Do not mind 'small pet', (15 lbs or less). Questions, please call. (334-430-5974 cell)

Other Activities: amusement parks, water parks, LARGE outlet center !!!
