Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Breakfast, dinner and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the rental price. Change-over day is Saturday.
Tips and transfers are not included in the rental price. If you are pleased with the staff, a tip of $75.00 per guest per week is suggested. Give the tip to Shorty and he will split among the staff. Feel free to adjust the amount for an excellent job.

Each bedroom opens out onto another huge level of covered porch and more spectacular views. A beautiful spiral staircase leads from the second floor up to the third floor 'Lookout', where one can sip morning coffee or evening cocktails and watch breath-taking sunrises and sunsets.
