The lower level bath has a tub/shower combination and an 8-foot long vanity with two sinks. Plenty of room to accommodate every need. AND there are two water heaters so there will be plenty of hot water -- even for a crowd.

- The master has a king sized bed and sliding doors opening to a deck. The second and third bedrooms are on the lower level. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a sliding door opening to the patio with a view of the lake. The third bedroom is quite large and is furnished with 2 trundle beds. Will comfortably sleep four. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids since it has no outside door. There is lots of closet space, more than you'll ever need! The family room is also on the lower level with a comfortable queen sofa bed. It also has a sliding door opening to the patio with a view of the lake. All bed linens and towels are provided. A washer and dryer are provided on the main level for your convenience. There are 2 TVs - Family room and Master. There's also a DVD player. We have provided books and games for all ages. The large deck and patio provide plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Ozarks. Just bring your toothbrush

You'll enjoy the luxury and spaciousness of the main level and not be disturbed while the kids romp to their heart's content in the lower level family room and bedrooms. And don't forget, they'll have an acre of lawn and woods to explore outside.
Golf is So Convenient!: There are several great golf courses in the area, but you have a great golf course just a gentle walk away. (About a block and a half.) Just imagine golfing before the rest of the gang wakes up in the morning. Have only one car for the entire gang to share? No problem, you can let the rest of the gang have the car since your golf is so close. And yes, there's a clubhouse with a snack bar!
Fishing tournament or Business?: Why not bring the whole family so that they can enjoy the amazing wonders of the Ozarks and the Branson area? You're about five minutes from boat rentals, beaches and marina.
