Dewey Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- To reserve your stay we ask that you send 1/2 the total rental amount as a non-refundable deposit to reserve the time period you would like to rent. The other 1/2 of the total rental amount and a $200 refundable security deposit are due one month before your arrival date. There are no additional pet fees. When the final payment is received, we will mail you the keys and additional detailed information about the house.
