The Lanier Town Home offers a spectacular waterfront view and is located on a quiet street within the beautiful Waterfront Golf and Country Club! Lovely furnishings compliment this two-bedroom three level end unit. The upper level features two bedrooms and two baths. The main living level is very open with a kitchen, a great room and a dining area. The table seats six comfortably and a breakfast bar seats three. The lower level includes a laundry room, cozy den and a full bath (Jacuzzi tub). The sofa is a queen sleeper. The wonderful view can be seen from all three levels and the two upper levels offer decks complete with deck furniture and a gas grill. Down the grassy knoll are a covered boat slip with an electric hoist and a small sun deck for your use. TV’s,VCR and DVD available for your enjoyment. Sorry no pets and no smoking.
