- With hot outdoor shower, no one seems to have to wait for use of shower. Also, it is great for rinsing off after the beach, or coming from the pool. The house and studio share the outside hot shower.

- There are 2 dbl beds in the house and 2 twin beds. Playpens are available to act as cribs for infant. Sofa in living room pulls out for sleeping, but it is not offered as a 'sleeping room'. For fun -- bring sleeping bags and try sleeping out, under the stars, next to the water, in the tree house for a night!!

House: This has been a family home to the owner for the last 38 years. It is dog and child friendly, comfortable and unpretentious..., still used by family and grandchildren. The owner may be next door in the studio apt. above the garage (separate dwelling), or available elsewhere via phone, to answer questions, help in the maintenance of the property and share her local knowledge and love of Cape Ann. Come the fall of 2009, the furnished home will be avail, long term...... 8 months (Sept 16 - May 15) @ $2100/mo, or possibly for a year round rental. There is no extra storage space for the winter rental. If making a year round commitment, owner will consider removing personal furnishings for tenant. Year round rate increases to $2500/mo to incorporate compensation for use during summer vacation rental period.
