Thank you .Visitors may agree to leave the cottage in clean, rent- able, as found condition, or pay a $100 fee to cover departure cleaning expenses.
- Cancellation policy: There is no refund, but a credit voucher will be given for future rentals with up to 72hrs. notice. There are no guarantees for weather. 50% deposit due at lease signing is non refundable. Balance due in hand 31 days prior to occupancy.

- This bathroom has a claw foot bathtub with a shower conversion. Great spot to relax with a good book. The room is small but functional and was newly painted in April of 2011. You can relax in the tub and enjoy the wooded views from the new Craftsman style window.

- The master bedroom has a handmade queen size log bed from Montana and features a deck for your morning coffee or just to sit outside and read. Dine alfresco at the bistro table on the deck in the summer and fall, cozy up at the fire pit or pass the hours on the wicker rocker. The second 'bedroom' is really a small den that has a foam love seat sleeper and an armoire. It would be good for a child or a teenager. There is a sleep sofa in the living room that would sleep 2 in a non-private area if you are willing to undo the custom fitted slipcover. I also provide a twin size air mattress.
