Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates do not include taxes or any additional fees.
- *To secure a reservation, a 50% of rental fee must be received together with the signed rental agreement. The balance plus $250 refundable security deposit is due 2 weeks prior to rental.
*The above rates are based on a 6 guest occupancy. An additional $25 charge will be added for each additional guest, for up to 10 guests. (# of guests include children)
*$75 cleaning fee will be added for more than 6 guest occupancy. (including children) - $1,000 - $1,600/week
