**If renters wish to use the Association Pool and Tennis facilities, there is a separate fee to the Great Harbors Association** You can rent the home and elect not to use the Association amenities if you like.
Weekly Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Cleaning deposit and security deposit required.
**Because of the many scam artists using the Internet, any overpayment of the initial deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance due. Owner will send renter a vacation agreement when renter confirms their dates, sorry no verbal reservations accepted.
We now accept credit card payments! - The Great Harbors Association fee is Optional, you do not need to use the pool and tennis facilities if you want to rent our home. The current fee is a minimum of $200 for the first 6 people and $25 per person after 6 people. Call me if you have any questions.

Sorry, NO SMOKING allowed. Game tables are at the Great Harbors Association clubhouse. Many activities planned at the clubhouse for parents and children daily. Movies held Weds. nights. Life guards on duty at the pool at all open times. Basketball court and volleyball court available. Private beach on Great Pond located at the end of the street.
Cuisinart coffee maker, blender, microwave oven, new Kenmore convection oven, lobster pot, dishwasher, stainless steel grill with extra propane tank, rolling cooler. New Maytag bottom drawer freezer/refrigerator installed 8/2/2011.
Watch beautiful sunsets every night on the water at Great Harbors.
In 2011 we stripped and installed a new roof, stripped and installed all new siding, added new exterior lights, new fully fenced in back yard.
In 2010 all new windows, new slider door, new exterior door.
We can arrange for wine tastings, food delivery service, massage service and a private chef service!
