Vacation rates include all linens, towels and departure cleaning. Rates do not include daily housekeeping services; however, it may be added for an additional charge. There may be surcharges for certain holidays and weekends. Rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to require a minimum night stay in any unit at any time of the year. Guest must be 23 years old, or 21 and married, or accompanied by a parent. Association Rules and Regulations may apply.
Security deposit $150.00
Pre-approval and additional pet deposit required. Cats are not accepted, only dogs.
Monthly rentals welcome! Monthly rentals have an additional cleaning fee of $95.00. - Any excessive cleaning needed or damages will be charged to customer. A deposit equal to one night's rental (minimum $150) is required to confirm reservations and the balance of the account is due 10 business days prior to arrival date. A security deposit is required. Cancellations must be made prior to arrival date to receive a refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. You may receive a refund for early departure provided you give 48 hour advance notice and all minimum night stay requirements have been met.
