Personal checks are accepted. A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking. All deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival date. Refund of deposit less than 60 days prior is subject to re-booking of property for same week.
Balance plus $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned no later than 30 days after departure following post inspection.
