- Our villa has an expanded bedroom. A wall has been removed to allow the bed to be turned which has opened up more space on both sides and at the end of the bed. This makes the bedroom much less crowded like in the original bedroom floorplan and allows bedside tables on both sides of the bed plus an additonal dresser. Our bedroom also has a ceiling fan with light, not all villas do. Our cleaning service provides high quality sheets and linens, not motel grade and we replace our comforter every year.

Folly Field Villa Details
Our villa is well maintained and has a well stocked kitchen. Our kitchen has a full size refrigerator with ice maker, not all villas do. Our kitchen has a dishwasher, not all villas do. Our balcony has a ceiling fan with light, not all villas do. Our balcony has a bar height table with 2 bar height chairs, plus 2 additional chairs, not all villas do. Our balcony has a great view over the pond to the pool and the beach beyond, not all villas have a view. Our villa is truely one of the best villas at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.
Guest Book: We had a terrific week in Hilton Head. I liked the condo very much. I love the blue and yellow. The strips were very beachy and the white wainscotting was very pretty. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were so nice-- The couch was comfortable-- I rented a bike...and had a marvelous week... I appreciated the view from the balcony... You have chosen some very nice accessories... The faucets were pretty... --wow--the little details make a big difference. Thanks for everything. April 2006, KS. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
