Welcome to Evergreen, your rustically elegant cabin at gorgeous Smith Mountain Lake! Beautifully romantic in Adirondack style, you'll find Evergreen's amenities are very 21st century. Located in a wide cove in fabulous Mountain View Shores, you'll be only steps from the water as Evergreen is one of the closest homes to the water's edge. No hiking unless you want to! Evergreen has three bedrooms and three baths, with a separate sleeping area off the family room downstairs. Maximum occupancy is six; no smoking please. Pets by special arrangement. Enjoy the view from your private outdoor hot tub, paddle the cove in the canoe, fish from your dock, or just relax on the new screened porch. You'll be just feet from the water and the sound of the waves lapping the shore. Evergreen is fully air conditioned. For the winter, there's a lovely gas fireplace in the living room and gas stove in the basement to keep everyone cozy. You'll want to make Evergreen your year round retreat.

Evergreen is located in the fabulous Mountain View Shores area near the Smith Mountain Lake dam. This part of Virginia is very near the famous Blue Ridge Parkway and south of Shenandoah National Park. You could not find a better place than rural Virginia to go antiquing. There are also places nearby on the lake to rent boats and seadoos; or you can even go parasailing on SML! But I don't think you'll have to leave Evergreen to have a great vacation week.

Notes: While Evergreen is not wheelchair accessible, it is one of the closest homes to the waters edge you'll find on Smith Mountain Lake. From the high water mark of the 800 foot contour, Evergreen's hot tub corner is only 5 linear feet away. You'll find Evergreen has a very easily accessible waterfront for people who are ambulatory. You won't feel as if you've had a workout just going to the dock and back.
