Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please call for rates after Labor Day 2010, rates and dates are negotiable! Weekends Available!!
- And additional $500 security deposit will be charged and refunded after your stay is completed. 1/3 deposit will be due w/the signed lease and the balance will be due 30 days prior to your stay. A reminder e-mail will be sent to remind you when the balance is due. No dates will be reserved until the signed lease with 1/3 of the deposit is received. NOTE: If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email me, I will return with the information requested within 24 hours. ** The house is professionally cleaned between each guest, paid for by the owners of the home.***
- Rates range from 2 night w/e stays to wkly rates, both off season and peak season . Call For Details Our home is open year round,we are heated and have a beautiful fireplace, perfect for fall/winter getaways!! Call for prices.

- Fourth bedroom is on the first floor and is handicap accessible from a ramp off the garage. This bedroom has it's own private full bath and is a great room for the kids. It is furnished w/2 sets of Bunk Beds with Full beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top, sleeping 6 people in this room comfortably. The additional 3 bedroom's are on the 2nd floor, main living area. The master bedroom has it's own full bathroom with an additional full bath in the hallway. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a queen size Aero bed avail. w/pump. Normally kept in one of the bedroom closets!
