Northeast Harbor House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning costs depend on number of guests and length of stay, averaging 4-7 hours at $25 per hour
- The cottage is available June through October, with in an season rate averaging $2500 per week, with flexibility if stays exceed one week.
- Housekeeping costs and security will be required. Pets will be considered with additional security necessary if allowed.

- The upstairs bathroom is a full bath with wonderful old marble sink and new shower. The second bathroom is on the first floor and is totally new. There is also an outdoor hose.

- All bedrooms are on the second floor and have wonderful windows for that fresh Maine air, are well lighted and each bedroom has at least one bureau and chair. The king bedroom has a TV, while the double has a water view. All are pretty, with lovely linens and covers. Two bedrooms also have desks. The beds are very comfortable with new mattresses. On a breezy evening, you can barely hear the buoys from the harbor to lull you to sleep.
