- Your Lodging Agreement is emailed upon receipt of your reservation request with payments made via personal check as follows:
• Weekly reservations require a signed Lodging Agreement and deposit.
• A second payment is due three months prior to your vacation start date.
• The final balance payment is due one month prior to your vacation start date.
Rental rate covers all costs with the exception of a Guest Fee required for use of the Clubhouse and community facilities. Weekly rentals are Saturday, 2 PM to Saturday, 10 AM. Off-Season renters have an arrival/departure time at your convenience.
A Guest Facility Fee is required for use of the Clubhouse and all community facilities. The $25/week or $6/day per person (over age 4) fee is payable to the Clubhouse staff at check-in.

- The Villa is 5 bedroom that sleeps 10. Three bedrooms each have a queen bed and two bedrooms each have two twin beds. Each bed has a mattress cover, pillows with casing, blanket and bed spread. Rental groups need to bring their own bed linen (fitted sheet, top sheet and pillow covers), towels and paper products. Three bedrooms are equipped with 32' TVs; while the great room has a wall mounted 37' plasma TV.
