Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $700 - $950/wk. Available Spring, Summer, Fall.
- May, June, Sept. Oct. $700/wk;
July $850/wk. August $900/wk.
Please add $50/wk for pets.
A refundable deposit of $400 per week is due when placing your reservation. Deposit acts as a reservation deposit until your stay begins and becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Refundable at
end of stay. Dogs welcome with an additional $50/week deposit and $50/week rental surcharge.

- The master bedroom is a separate bedroom with it's own bath. Bedroom 2 is a large, walk-through area adjacent to the master bedroom. It has with a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. It has a separate bathtub room -- a great room for the kids! Bedroom three is a studio apartment-like area encompassing all of the ground floor. It has a bath with shower, the laundry facilities, a sitting area with single bed, living area with fold out full sofa, and a bedroom with single bed, along with an entrance into the back yard.
