Gatlinburg Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150 to $205/nt (see specials and rate ranges below)

2008 Nightly Rate Range: $150 Winter Special until June 9. June 10 forward: $180 for standard nightly rate to $205/nt (October/Holidays). All 7 night reservations (except those containing holidays) receive 1 night Free.
Credit cards, personal, bank cashier's or postal money orders accepted. Credit cards add 2.9% PayPal processing fee.
Rate changes to $205/nt for October and for 3 nights of holiday bookings. 3 night minimum stay required. If owner accepts rental for less than 3 nights, our cleaning fee is passed through to guest ($85). -
Maximum occupancy is 8. If owner accepts booking with additional guests, add $10/per person, per night to rental rate.
One night deposit is required to hold the reservation, which then becomes the security/damage deposit in addition to the rent. The deposit is refundable within 14 days of check out assuming no damages are found and no out-of-pocket expenses are caused to owner as a result of the stay.
Total rent is due on or before 15 days of check in date. Rental Agreement is required.
