Stairs or an elevator will take you upstairs to the 2nd level where you will find a very large sunroom complete with big comfy couches and a big screen T.V. and french doors opening out to a large deck overlooking the pool area. In addition, there are four large bedrooms, each with a full private bath. You will also find an office / desk area and an additional quiet sitting area perfect for casual reading or relaxing. The large pool and spa are located off the main level of the house with an extensive deck equipped with Chaise Lounge chairs, as well as a large covered area for those who wish to escape the Summer sun. If you wish to sunbathe, there is plenty of sunshine beaming down on the pool area.
The pool area has a large grilling and dining area for your enjoyment. The pool and spa can be heated in the Winter months upon request at an additional charge. The main living room is a very large open room. It overlooks the kitchen and pool area and allows you to open up the french doors and walk directly out onto the deck for cocktails, grilling and swimming. High definition flat screen and large screen televisions are furnished throughout the house in each bedroom, living room and upstairs sunroom.
