- Rates include accommodations and linen service. Villa is non-smoking. Trailers, motor-homes and water crafts are not permitted on property. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests. Weekly stays are based on seven nights. Security deposit required $150.00. Monthly Winter Rentals are welcomed! Monthly rentals have an additional cleaning fee of $95.00.
Additional pet deposit required. (Pets must be pre-approved) - Payment Methods:
Check or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover).
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made prior to arrival date to receive a refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. You may receive a refund for early departure provided you give 48 hour advance notice and all minimum night stay requirements have been met.
Security Deposit:
A cash or credit card security deposit required of $150.00. Guests are held responsible for any damages,violations, or theft. Inspectors walk through each unit after checkout to ensure property is left in good condition. Deposits are refundable by mail 21 working days after checkout date if there is no damage to the unit or loss.

Check-in & Out Procedures: Check-in: Check-in begins at 3:00pm. Check-out: No later than 11:00am. Keys must be returned upon departure. Housekeeping Services: All rates include a setup supply of linens and paper products and departure maid service.
Directions: Stay on US 501 South to Myrtle Beach, Follow 501 South to Kings Hwy US 17, Take Kings Hwy US 17 South to Georgetown, Stay on US 17 South, True Blue will be on the right-hand side.
