Rates include accommodations and linen service. Villa is non-smoking. trailers, motor-homes and water crafts are not permitted on property. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests. Weekly stays are based on seven nights.
Security deposit required $150.00
Monthly Winter Rentals are welcomed! Monthly rentals have an additional cleaning fee of $95.00
Additional pet deposit required. -

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made prior to arrival date to receive a refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. You may receive a refund for early departure provided you give 48 hour advance notice and all minimum night stay requirements have been met.
Security Deposit:
A cash or credit card security deposit required of $150.00. Guests are held responsible for any damages or theft. Inspectors walk through each unit after checkout to ensure property is left in good condition. Deposits are refundable by mail 21 working days after checkout date if there is no damage to the unit or loss.
Some properties require additional telephone and/or key deposits.

Entertainment: Close to Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park & Murrells Inlet (home of fine dining).
Check-in & Out Procedures: Check-in: Check-in begins at 3:00pm. Check-out: No later than 11:00am. Keys must be returned upon departure. Housekeeping Services: All rates include a setup supply of linens and paper products and departure maid service. Contact owner for information on additional rental units available.
Directions: Stay on US 501 South to Myrtle Beach, Follow 501 South to Kings Hwy US 17, Take Kings Hwy US 17 South to Georgetown, Stay on US 17 South, True Blue will be on the right-hand side.
Golf: Golf Packages: We can assure you the ultimate in a great golf vacation! You can choose from over 100 magnificent golf courses as well as enjoy close proximity to fine dining, fantastic nightlife and all the excitement Myrtle Beach has to offer. Preferred golf rates at select courses.
