Lubec Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 500 - 650/wk. Available year round. Monthly rates available during winter.
- May, June, Sept. October: $500/week. July $600/wk. August $650/wk. Please add $50 per week rental surcharge for pets.
A deposit of $300 per week is due when placing your reservation. Deposit acts as a reservation deposit until your stay begins and then becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Deposit is refundable at end of stay. Please add $50/wk to refundable deposit for pet. - Ask about monthly and seasonal rates and availability during winter.
