Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Payment Information: We accept only Master Card & Visa. Reservations are confirmed and held with payment of 50% of the total rent. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival, unless it is a “Short Notice” accommodation, which is prepaid at time of reservation confirmation. Checks of any type are not accepted.
How To Reserve a Week: Simply call and ask for Kent or email us. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds, (less a $55.00 processing fee), are made if cancellation is 30 days prior to check in-time (except for Holidays and short notice). If cancellation occurs less than 20 days prior to check-in, the management reserves the right to the rent, if the villa is not subsequently rented to some one else. At management’s sole discretion, consideration will be given in the even of no snow. Check In is at the front desk. Obtain your keys & parking permit at the resort’s 24 hour Concierge/Front Desk. - Getting Here: Most people rent a car at the airport and drive (see MAPQUEST.com). In Southern Utah, from I-15, take exit # 75 to Parawan. Then it’s just a short 14 mile drive up the mountain to Brian Head. In Brian Head, turn right on Hunter Ridge Rd. and take an immediate left into the Cedar Breaks Resort & Spa. Check-in at the 24-hour Front Desk. Once in town, a vehicle is not necessary due to the free town shuttle.

This 5 -Star Resort is truly a destination type of accommodation. It hosts the best 3 restaurants’ in town, room service, concierge service in case you want to schedule tours, rent snowmobiles, take a horse drawn sleigh ride, or take ski lessons. With your 24 hour front desk/concierge, everything is at your finger tips for your highest enjoyment.
Summer Activities: Imagine mountain biking down 1 vertical mile again and again in the same day in the Brian Head Mountain Bike Park. This is possible via the free town shuttle and the weekend bike-rack fitted chair lifts. Everyone in your group will find the trails awesome and unforgettable. Through your concierge, you may also rent ATV 's, schedule a tour, go hiking, hunting or fishing (lake or stream), go horseback ridding -or take an overnight tour, or just enjoy the amenities on the property -full blown day spa, barbeque grills, sauna, steam bath, 2 large hot jetted pools, large swimming pool, fitness center, cafe, sports bar, photographing the birds, the fall colors or the wildflowers, or just relaxing in the cool mountain temperatures. .
