- How to rent
- Simply send me an e-mail, and I will either e-mail you or fax you a copy of the Rental Agreement. A 50% deposit is due upon signing, and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. Prior to arrival, you must make a tram and ferry reservation. Upon arriving, you can drop off your things at the dock, pick up your ferry tickets, park your car, take the shuttle back to the dock and hop on the ferry. Upon leaving the ferry, inquire as to your tram. The tram will take your family and luggage to our house. The house will be unlocked and the keys are inside the door. Enjoy your stay!

- The master suite enjoys a private bath complete with large tub for relaxing and a shower as well. The queen size bathroom also offers a private bathroom for privacy and convenience. The bunkbed room shares a bath off of the hallway. The house contains ample towels, soap and other smaller amenities, in case you forgot something necessary! You just need to come and relax!

- The Master bedroom is large and private. You will definitely appreciate the opportunity to get away from it all and rest on the very comfy bed. The spacious chair encourages you to relax with a good book or just sit and think of absolutely nothing! It also has a private bath. The queen size bed is located on the first floor, and it also has a private bath and a wonderful bed! You will sleep well in this beautifully decorated room. The bunk room will provide the perfect atmosphere for the kids to enjoy their beach vacation. This room is designed for fun and everything about it says so from the seahorses painted on the walls to those stitched into the comforters. The bunk room is also located on the first floor. All of the bedrooms are complete with bed linens. In addition, I have tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. The Master bedroom and the queen size room also have their own televisions connected to cable.

Golf and Swim Clubs: Your week long rental includes a temporary membership to either our beautiful golf or swim club. The golf club offers a beautiful 18-hole , George Cobb designed, golf course. Golf Digest rates Bald Head Island 12th of the 50 courses available in the coastal area. You will truly enjoy it In addition to golf, the club offers a wonderful full service restaurant and bar, tennis, swimming, a wonderful 'Pelicatessen', and croquet! Have fun! The Shoals Swim Club is situated on the tip of the island just above the Shoals. This beautiful vantage point offers spectacular views and a private beach access complete with large umbrellas. You will love your choice of two swimming pools or a sauna. The club also prepares grilled food poolside. Inside the club house, you can feast at the beautiful full service restaurant.
