The two (ea.) kitchens, hot tubs and living rooms allow family members to spread out and be comfortable. For example, the teenagers can have their own living room, TV, sound system and hot tub while the adults have theirs right next door. The two master bedrooms are perfect for the privacy of the 'heads of households' to feel right at home.
Snowshoe Resort and the 'Combined Loggers Run 19 & 20' are located high in the beautiful 'cool' mountains of central West Virginia. Ranked by 'SKI' magazine as one of the top 30 Summer Mountain Resorts and one of Intrawest's (NYSE: IDR) world class resorts, you will find summer activities such as golf, scenic touring, swimming, weekend festivals, leaf peeking, hiking and mountain biking. The new St. Bernard's Church provides a unique and magical site for your wedding. The Snowshoe Resort village with its shops, activities for kids and restaurants has something for everyone in the family.
The 'combined Loggers Run 19 & 20' present 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms and 2 living rooms, all accessed through a common door linking the 2 living rooms. Each unit has its own hot tub located on the second floor outdoor deck with views of the Snowshoe Basin's forested valley and the headwaters of Shavers Fork. Additional public indoor and outdoor swimming pools along with 2 more hot tubs are located at the Split Rock Pool in the village. High speed computer access is available at the Starbuck's coffee shop in the Snowshoe Village. As the village is an easy walk or bike ride from the units a car is generally not necessary once you are at the resort and bicycles are quite advantageous.
Golf: The Snowshoe Resort golf course 'The Raven' is a Gary Player Signature Course located in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia. Site of the 2005 West Virginia Pro-Am it has very reasonably priced green fees and is 'cool' in the mountains. The Raven and the 'Loggers Run 19 & 20' are perfect for a golf sojourn for friends or a fun adventure for the family.
