Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2,695 TO $6,890. SLEEPS 4 - 12 PEOPLE...YOUR CHOICE!
- Cottage will sleep 2 to 12 people....depending on your need. Prices vary depending upon usage. 4 guests(2bedr. 1 bath) is $2,695, 8 guests ( FOUR bedrooms two baths)is $4295.00 and 12 (5 bedrooms three baths) @ $6,890.00, during July through mid Sept.
May rate is $1,2005 per week for the main cottage ...$2,000.00 for first two weeks of June , $3,995 for third and $ 4,295.00.for the last week, Mid September, through October is also reduced to $2,000. TWO bedr. guest apt. is $800.00/May, $1,000.00 first two weeks of June, $2,300 for Third week and $2,595.00 for last week. Mid Sept. through Oct. is $950.00 per week.
$200.00 security deposit required. - WE ALSO HAVE a two bedroom guest apartment ..ON THE BEACH that sleeps 4... ($2595.00) . The price is reduced for May, June and after Labor Day! through Oct. YOu may use this alone, or add it to the main cottage so that you can accomodate a family of 12. This is not, however, a party house. Our guests are here for the sun, surf, sand and the quiet of the beach and ocean. It is a no pet no smoking environment due to guests with allergies.

- A wonderful way to end your salty, sandy days at the beach. A nice hot/cold shower outside to rinse away the sandy day. You can stand in the shower and feel the sun and hear the surf crashing in the background. Wonderful! It really makes it a 'summer shower'. There are additional full bathrooms in the cottage. The main cottage has two and the apartment has one. Bathrooms are equiped with vanity sinks and showers. Main bathrooms have slate floors and the apartment has a pine floor.

- The apartment side of the cottage, has two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the second has bunk beds. All beds are supplied with pillows and puffs. You will need to bring your linens for the beds and towels. Wonderful ocean breezes fill the cottage all day and night. You will fall asleep to the sound of the surf, which is just a few feet... over the dunes. The main cottage has three bedrooms...two down (bunks and double) and one queen upstairs with private bath.You may rent the entire cottage, or either section on its own.We are only a few minutes from a wonderful deli, ice cream shop, bakery, farm stand, food market, bait shop, liquor store or boat rental. You may also walk to a food stand just down the road. This is a beautiful seaside community, without the crowd! There are more than seven miles of white sandy beaches with clear turquoise waters to enjoy. The unspoiled barrier beach at Ninigret is just a few min. away! Rhode Island's best kept secret! Yours for the asking!!
