It contains a queen bed and 2 twin beds [a trundle bed, the kids love it!]. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath right across the hall. Both baths have hairdryers. The living room has a brand new, very comfortable queen sleeper sofa with a nice thick mattress. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably.
