From the 2nd floor master bedroom suite enjoy panoramic water views right from your king-sized bed. Or exit to a spacious balcony for your morning coffee. Adjoining the MBR suite is a separate, fully-equipped office with computer (DSL), fax scanner and printer. Other amenities: Deep water dock. Fish, swim or moor your own boat (up to 26 feet). Immediate access to inter-coastal waterway. Two kayaks, two-car garage. TV/VCR (CD) in LR and MBR. Central air-conditioning. You’ll find Casey Key, and the villa Karina, is for people who particularly enjoy privacy, serenity and gracious island living.
Local Interests:: Sarasota, just 18 miles north, is one for the most cultural cities in Florida. There are restaurants galore, some of the finest in the state. Performing arts, ballet, opera, Ringling Museum, art galleries, antique shops, marine aquarium, circus museum, 20 multiplex cinema and splendid shopping at St. Armand’s Circle. Ten golf courses within 30 min. Venice, ten minutes from the Villa, is a quaint village with a number of curiosity antique shops and seasonal fairs. Other easy trips include Ft. Myers, where you’ll find the Thomas Edison home and museum as well as Henry Ford’s winter home. Sanibel and Captiva islands are in the area.
