Bakersville House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $140 a night May 1 through October, $115 / night November through April, excluding winter holidays
- PAYMENT: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is due upon reserving the cabin. The balance is due upon check in.
CANCELLATIONS: A 30 day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the dates reserved are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are not made with 30 days notice, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to purchase travel insurance.
This is a NON-SMOKING cabin. If it is apparent smoking has taken place in the cabin, there will be a $150 cleaning fee.
Dogs are permitted with prior approval. $35 per pet, one time fee applies. - Holiday Rates: 140.00/ night, 3 night minimum. 3 night weekend minimum for the month of October.
