- Deposit of 50% due at time of booking with balance due one month prior to arrival. If renter cancels prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded only if owner is able to rent your reserved week.
- 25% refundable security/key deposit will be required and due with final payment. Deposit refunded upon return of keys and inspection of property by owner.
