Our cozy Victorian home is located in the beautiful Animas River Valley only 2 minutes from Durango and only 10 minutes from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Station. Restaurants and grocery stores are only 5 to 10 minutes away and one of the wonders of the world, Mesa Verde National Park, is only 30 minutes away. Ride your bike or jog on the scenic country road or enjoy great coffee only 2 minutes away at the delicious bakery. Even though you are close to town, you are in a rural setting where the stars shine brightly at night and the wildlife is abundant. This is the premier address in Durango with many multi-million dollar homes and horse ranches nestled along the Animas River.
