A. 50% is due upon signing lease with remaining 50% due (45) days in advance of occupancy date
B. Bookings within (45) days of occupancy date require full payment upon signing lease
Cancellation/ Refund Policy: NO refunds will be issued unless the owner is able to re-lease the unit for the same time period.
There are no rentals for Prom, Senior Week, or Spring Break or to anyone under age 25.
