It is nestled in a neighborhood in the heart of Bar Harbor, located at 11 Roberts Avenue, between Cottage Street and Mount Desert Street. This location is within a block or two of shops and restaurants as well as the ocean and town pier. Take pleasure in the convenience of two off street parking spaces. Enjoy a quiet night in while barbecuing and relaxing on the stone patio or front porch, or enjoy being so close to the town amenities. The house has hard wood floors with 10 foot ceilings. The first floor consists of a living room, a dining room, with seating for eight, and a spacious full modern kitchen.
