• If cancellation is made within 21 days of arrival (30 days for all Holiday periods) 50% of total lodging is forfeited. Cancellations or no shows within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit 100% lodging fees.
• Units are cleaned and equipped with linens and towels prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning unit prior to departure. Cleaning supplies are provided. A $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit if unit is not left in satisfactory condition for next arrival.
