Roatan Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We provide 10% discounts to active miilitary except holidays.
- Rates include 16% tax. Monthly quotes are for 4 weeks. No additional fees for AC, generator, filtered water, cell phone, There is an additional fee for WiFi usage.
- Receipt of refundable security deposit of $300.00 off holiday and $400.00 during holidays along with rental agreement confirms booking. First half of rental fee is due 90 days prior and remainder is due 30 days prior.
