The spacious master bath has a private toilet room and a privacy door between the vanity sink area and the shower/ spa room. The shower room has a heat fan for added comfort. The half bath downstairs is located in the foyer by the laundry room which is convenient to the office, kitchen, den, recreation room and garage. Each bath is equipped with a good supply of towels, soap and paper supplies.

- The gorgeous upstairs master suite has a spectacular view of the ocean, Morro Bay and Morro Rock. It is spacious with cable TV/DVD, 2 walk-in closets, a fireplace, jacuzzi tub and shower in the spacious master bath. A door leads out to the balcony over looking the lush private back yard and unobstructed fabulous ocean views. The upstairs queen bedroom has cable TV, an ocean view with a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony which is shared with the master suite. The 3rd upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and a double with beautiful hillside views. The full bath is in the hallway between the twin room and the queen room. The queen bedroom downstairs is easily accessible near the front entrance just steps away from the downstairs full bath. The second very spacious queen bedroom downstairs has cable TV, and a secondary seating area. The large and comfortable recreation room has a queen sleeper sofa with fireplace, wet bar and doors that can be closed for privacy.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR SHAMPOO OR TOOTHPASTE/BRUSHES. YOU WILL FIND A BOTTLE OF DISH SOAP AND ENOUGH DISH WASHER DETERGENT FOR YOUR STAY. WE KEEP ENOUGH LAUNDRY DETERGENT FOR 5-10 LOADS OF LAUNDRY. FOR THE KITCHEN 7-15 GARBAGE BAGS ARE SUPPLIED DEPENDING ON LENGTH OF STAY. 2-3 ROLLS OF PAPER TOWEL IS PROVIDED. THERE ARE VARIOUS KITCHEN SUPPLIES SUCH AS BASIC FOIL, BAGGIES, PLASTIC WRAP ETC., NAPKINS AND A VARIETY OF SPICES ( ABOUT 30 KINDS) SUGAR, SUGAR FREE SWEETENERS.
