Wildwood Condo Details
Deposit: There is a $500 security deposit due with the signed copy of the lease agreement. This deposit will be refunded within 21 days after the completion of your stay.
Fees: Due Dates: In addition to your security deposit, you must send a check for 50% of the fee for the condo ($750) with the signed lease agreement. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days in advance of your stay.
Cancellation Policy: We will refund all money if we are able to find other renters for your scheduled week, provided cancellations are made at least 30 days in advance of your stay. If unable to find renters, we reserve the right to retain all monies collected.
