Reservations that include the night of MLK Day, President's Day, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving have a $35 per night surcharge. Reservations that include the night of Christmas or New Year's Day have a $50 per night surcharge, per holiday. -

(Please understand that since out-of-state checks can take up to two weeks to clear, we must require a wire transfer for reservations that are less than 15 days away.)

*Cozy and inviting, this mountain-theme property also offers a pretty, lush, green yard that is dotted with fragrant pine trees. And no other condominium within the complex is situated closer to the amenities!! A swimming pool is a MUST in the summer (especially for the kids) and a hot tub is a MUST in the winter (great for apres ski.) Although the parking area is conveniently located near the front door, many of the locals' favorite hot-spots at the Big Sky Town Center, etc., are an easy stroll away. Please Note: This winter playground opens Thanksgiving weekend - the earliest ski resort opening in the US - and stays open the longest (until April 12th)!
JUST RANKED 7TH BEST SKI RESORT IN THE US!!: {'Skiing' Magazine/October, 2008 Issue} Big Sky's award-winning ski school will get beginners on the slopes quickly. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced skiers will all enjoy incredible skiing on majestic Lone Mountain. It boasts 3,812 acres of lift-accessed ski-able terrain with over 150 named ski runs covering 85 miles, and an awesome 4,350 foot vertical drop (nation's second largest.) Neighboring Moonlight Basin, on the north face of Lone Mountain, is the first new destination ski resort to open in the US in more than twenty years! It features Montana's only high-speed, 6 passenger chair lift and serves a growing trail network of 76 runs on 1,900 acres of terrain. Both ski resorts are the best-kept secret of the Rockies since they have perfect powder and virtually no lift lines!! Big Sky and Moonlight now offer the Lone Peak Pass, allowing visitors to ski freely between the two resorts (with 5,512 acres of in-bounds ski-able terrain) for the 'biggest skiing in America'.
{CAUTION: Be careful to only rent from a licensed/regulated property owner/manager. Some are charging their guests taxes while not licensed by the State of Montana. Therefore, they are not submitting the tax monies collected to the state are are 'pocketing' them instead. This is a crime. It is also a crime NOT to charge taxes there. Always check the owner's/manager's Web site for their Montana license number. If it is not posted, ASK for it or call Jeff in the Department of Revenue directly at (406) 444-5421 to make sure they are legitimately doing business. This is for your own protection.
