Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Add 13.75% NC taxes and $175 cleaning/setup fee to posted rates.
- Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, except for Thanksgiving week, which is 8 nights into Sunday morning. Availability Calendar shows NIGHTS booked.
Note that we try to keep our AVAILABILITY calendar very up to date - other than tentative bookings (leases in process), it should be accurate.Once a lease and deposit is received, the week is blocked out as booked. - $175 Fee includes: Professional Cleaning of home, pool & hot tub with check mid-week.

Other bedrooms are as described above.
