- Saturday to Saturday weeks only June through August. September thru May weeks can not begin on a Saturday. Monthly rate ($1,495) or loooong weekends ($350) November through March. Three nights is the required minimum stay and the rate is half the weekly rate. We pick our rental rates out of a hat! If we had our way, we would pay you to go. At least until we got a letter from our bank that is holding the mortgage. PLEASE check our rates against others. If you find a lower one, let us know so we can try to beat it. Apples to apples, please. Holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years $200 surcharge), Easter, Memorial Day and Labor Day are rented by the WEEK in which they are scheduled, 9 or 10 guests or a dog $100 higher. Housekeeping $75. Linen, towels and bed-making package optional $75. $200 refundable security deposit.
