Crystal Beach House Details

Cool Breeze Cottage can be rented using the Main House with either 3 or 4 bedrooms. The Guest quarters is also optional. This does not apply during Spring Break or Summer. It must be rented using the Main House and Guest Quarters. Weekly stays are required during Spring Break and Summer. There is a 3 day minimum stay required. A cleaning fee of $150 applies if less than a 1 week stay. There is an 11% tax added to the total rent amount.
