- Bathrooms are basic but clean and with excellent water pressure and piping hot water. The second floor bathroom with angled ceilings has a new shower with dual shower heads (one hand-held) (no tub). It is equipped with generously sized fluffy towels and extra large beach towels (if linen service is requested), tissue and toilet paper, hair dryer, hand soap, first aid kit, scale, mirror, fan, and good lighting. Off the kitchen is the first floor half bath with small sink and toilet.

- The master bedroom enjoys a wall of windows with panoramic views of Linekin Bay, a new queen mattress with vintage style quilt, cozy electric blanket, and color cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have a rustic feel, with board and batten walls and beamed ceilings. (Please note that second floor rooms have angled ceilings, so may not be ideal for very tall guests.) A bedroom (with a/c two twin beds with memory foam toppers) is next to the master bedroom. On the first floor is a cozy guest room with small closet and comfortable double bed with memory foam topper.
