This house is in Desert Shores, the only man made lake community with a beach house, clubhouse, exercise room, swim beach, fishing, boating, paddle boats, hiking, walking, bicycling, great restaurants and wine tasting! 12 minutes to the original strip and convention centers. House is ideal parties or meetings as the banquet hall holds 100 people. Our house can show 100' projection of HDTV or PC presentations or hook up to high speed Internet!

Price is for renting entire house as-is for 30+ days. Contact Mike at number below for any services, needs, repairs 24/7. Daily maid, cooking, transportation, other services are available for additional costs TBD. Electricity usage extra charge. $300 deposit is fully refundable if everything is in order and nothing is missing or broken. We also sell convenience items, movie channels and services to make your stay more comfortable. These will be deducted automatically from your deposit. Pet cleaning fee is $100 if absolutely necessary.
Party may be charged for excessive use of utilities on a per day rate based on meter readings on entry and exit.
We cannot guarantee everything or every system in this complicated house is working effectively to your satisfaction and understanding.
