If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we can rebook the property for the advertised price your entire security deposit is refunded.

Destin House Details
Weddings: The pool area and open design of the house as well as the numerous balconies allows for large group gatherings, weddings and receptions. The house has 3 levels where guests can visit, the first floor den, the second floor great room and the wonderful tower and deck which has beautiful vistas of the area. The pool deck can also be used for casual entertaining. The house has extra parking to accommodate visitors across the street.
