It is convenient to shopping at the new Target store and the recently renovated factory outlet shops in Silverthorne and the nearby towns of Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco and Vail. The home is in the Eagles Nest Community which is located along the Blue Ribbon trout fishery of the Blue River and has easy access to hiking on the Ptarmigan Trail in the Williams Fork Mountains and the Eagles Nest Wilderness in the Gore Range. Lake Dillon is accessible through marinas at Frisco and the town of Dillon each within 5 miles of the home. Other golf courses in the county are located at Keystone and Breckenridge. Notes: Great place for children. Home is surrounded by natural open space and roads are well removed. Golf course however is off limits except to golfers (and a dangerous place for children). Steps prevent wheelchair access from garage but once inside a handicapped person could remain on the main level without additional impediments to mobility although bathrooms may not accommodate a wheelchair.
