South Bristol Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Maine's 7% lodging tax is not included in rates above and is subject to change.
Monthly rates are negotiable.
Check-in time: No Earlier than 3:00 PM on day of arrival. Check-out time: No Later than 10:00 AM on day of departure. Rental period is on a Saturday to Friday schedule (checking out on Saturday by 10:00 AM).
$250 non-refundable reservation deposit is required. Remaining rental fee, along with a $300 security deposit, is required at least two weeks prior to rental date and is usually spread between the reservation date and the rental date.
